We are looking for a Sales Implementation Manager to drive retention and growth
Through developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve growth and cultivate business relationships with external partners. The Sales Implementation Manager will be required to work with partners to support commitment and contractual deliverables. This role will be the key relationship owner and point of contact for assigned portfolios.
This role will require leadership competencies and operational excellence, the ability to scale the business and drive growth while collaborating with the other divisions. The successful candidate must be passionate about partner excellence and discovering new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build, nurture and grow intimate relationships with existing and new partners to understand the partners’ strategy and business needs.
- Ensure delivery commitments to partners are met
- Serves as a liaison with contracting
- Operate with a sense of urgency to focus on the growth of Caremed
- Acts quickly to seize opportunities for innovation and new ways to benefit partners
Qualifications
- Roles in the Health Care or Financial industries with a proven record of leading growth and delivering measurable results
- Experience in driving deep, productive relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of active collaboration, engagement, and strategy development of key growth opportunities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to build credibility and gain the respect and confidence of partners
- Willing and able to travel
