Sales & Implementation Manager
Hub OS
Hub OS is an integrated hotel operations SaaS platform with a global portfolio of clients. As we expand our client-base into North America we are looking to appoint an experienced Sales and Implementation Manager to grow the North American market for Hub OS.
THE ROLE
- With your diverse network of senior contacts in the Hotel Industry, a strong knowledge of Hotel operations and an interest and understanding of emerging software and technology solutions, you will engage new clients across North America and demonstrate how our software solution will increase productivity and cut operational costs.
- Engage, grow and nurture a network of industry relevant contacts and potential customers in North America.
- Understand customers' objectives, buying criteria and decision-making processes, form long term business partnerships to promote HUB as a preferred supplier/partner.
- Ensure existing Hotel chain relationships for sales in the Australian, Asia and Europe regions are continued and expanded into the North American market.
- Monitoring progress of delivery, keeping oversight of the technical integrity of the project, and assist in managing customer expectations, especially during negotiation of development requests.
- Manage customer relationships across the full life cycle of engagement from introductions and pre-sales to negotiations and agreements and into implementation and support.
- Working closely and amicably with the customers to understand their current IT Systems frustrations and how Hub OS can provide a single integrated solution.
- Listen to the requirements and requests of clients across their departments and how Hub OS can fulfil these or otherwise be customized to do so.
- Working with the HUB Europe development team, communicating requirements and customer priorities clearly and effectively to ensure we deliver on customer requirements.
- Training staff how to use the HUB software across both browser & application platforms.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Previous senior Sales and ideally operational experience within the Hotel industry or IT Industry that services the Hotel Industry.
- Experience managing relationships and maintaining key direct business partnerships.
- Strong knowledge in IT SAS solutions and how they can assist in Hotel operations.
- Tertiary education in business management or a related discipline.
- A forward thinker who can manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Able to develop growth plans for the business and be anticipating future needs.
- Able to express ideas and concepts clearly, effectively and with meaning, and to a variety of audiences.
Please note this role is remote but will involve travel across North America to perform on-site implementations. All travel and related expenses will be paid for.
