One of our client, a leading home manufacturer based out of Troy, MI is looking to hire a Salesforce CX Solution Architect on a full-time basis to help drive their Salesforce solutions aligning with the business needs. This is a senior role and would require them to oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.

While you can work remotely, you are expected to travel to the client's site based on the project needs.

SUMMARY

The Salesforce CRM Solution Architect will design, develop, and implement robust, scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our company's business needs. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and oversee the successful delivery of Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to identify business challenges and desired functionalities within the Salesforce platform
• Architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including data models, workflows, custom objects, fields, and integrations, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Define system integration strategies, data mapping, and API usage to seamlessly connect Salesforce with external systems
• Configure Salesforce settings with implementation partner/contractors, create custom fields, validation rules, and business processes to match business requirements
• Develop custom Apex code, triggers, classes, and Visualforce pages to address complex business logic and enhance user experience
• Lead the implementation process, including data migration, configuration, testing, and user training to ensure smooth transition to the new Salesforce environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, retailers and field service, to align Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce modules
• Strong technical skills in Apex programming, Visualforce development, and data manipulation
• Expertise in Salesforce configuration, including workflow rules, custom fields, validation rules, and process builders
• Experience with Salesforce integration frameworks, including APIs and data connectors
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Salesforce Certified Solution Architect (or equivalent) is highly
