Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that meet our business and customer needs. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, create and test prototypes, and oversee the deployment and integration of Salesforce solutions. As a key player, you will provide technical leadership, share best practices, and ensure solutions align with company standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

​

Solution Design & Development:

• Analyze and understand business requirements and processes.  
• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, and workflows.  
• Create and test prototypes and proof-of-concepts for stakeholder review.  
• Oversee the deployment and integration of Salesforce solutions, ensuring functionality, security, scalability, and maintainability.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide guidance and best practices to developers and stakeholders.  
• Document and communicate solution design and architecture.  
• Enforce Salesforce standards, patterns, and best practices.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Collaborate with other technology systems (e.g., ERPs, data warehouses) to identify optimal solutions.  
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and evaluate new solutions and features.  
• Provide recommendations to enhance functional, technical, and architectural designs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience (5 years in lieu of a degree).  
• At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, APIs, integrations, and workflows.  
• At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing complex, customized Salesforce solutions.  
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, features, and best practices.  
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Jira, and Git.  
• Willingness to travel 10-20% as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.  
• Certification as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, and Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.  
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, preferably SAP.  
• Experience with iPaaS platforms, preferably MuleSoft.  
• Familiarity with modern authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., PingID, AWS Cognito).

Pay Details:

$75.00 to $80.00 per hour
