Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture and consulting, with a proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration. This role requires expertise in defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the system architecture landscape, identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories, and provide detailed system and functional designs.
• Document business processes and wire-frame system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc.
• Make recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs.
• Architect and implement Trade Promotion Management (TPM) capabilities for customers, including experience with Salesforce TPM product.
• Lead Salesforce Core Projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Analyze and optimize business processes via technology and integration.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of enterprise architecture or consulting experience.
• Resourceful and innovative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Expert level experience in defining system architecture landscapes and delivering comprehensive solutions.
• 7+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects.
• 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods industry.
• 2+ years of experience architecting and implementing Trade Promotion Management capabilities for customers.
• 1+ year of experience with Salesforce TPM product.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration.
• Experience in leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs.
• Proficiency in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc.

Compensation:

$85/hr to $105/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
