Location: US based remote work in Florida with regional travel expectations

About The Role

​

The School Implementation Manager (SIM) is a critical function within the Cambridge International sales and support network in the North American region. SIMs partner with new and existing districts and schools to ensure fidelity of implementation within the Cambridge Pathway while supporting the integration of our program into unique frameworks.

​

The SIM's primary role is to foster strong relationships with customers in assigned territories to support growth of exam entries, professional development enrolment, use of published resource materials, and knowledge of assessment practice materials like CEM or Digital Mock Exams. The objective is to support quality implementation of Cambridge programs and services with the goal of optimising district and school performance.

​

Purpose: the SIM will support North American regional teams on new district/school adoptions by:

​

  • conducting implementation meetings after initial application is submitted
  • conducting post-approval onboarding after School Approval Visit is completed
  • conducting β€œlook, listen, and learn” meetings annually for districts and schools
  • supporting Cambridge program understanding in all assigned territories
  • hosting support site tours to ensure stakeholders are prepared and confident

​

Innovation: the SIM will work with school, district, and state level personnel (via data driven insights) for a variety of purposes which will include:

​

  • targeting areas of success and areas in need of improvement to suggest additional supports
  • maximizing engagement with Primary and Lower Secondary schools
  • partnering with internal colleagues and external consultants on research programs and pilots
  • adapting district implementation strategies with other regional team members
  • developing additional indicators to review yearly performance

​

Development: through partnership with districts and schools, the SIM will support expansion of and integration of the suite of Cambridge International products and services including but not limited to:

​

  • P/LS Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS & A Level Assessment
  • Regional Professional Development opportunities
  • Endorsed/Published resources
  • Digital Mock Exams
  • CEM/Cambridge Insights

​

About You

​

As our next School Implementation Manager, you will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of stakeholders.

​

You will be particularly knowledgeable about the Cambridge Pathway and able to articulate all stages of the program with confidence in a variety of formats for varied audiences. You will also be able to recognize the inherent flexibility that exists for customers when implementing and should meet this with patience and an open mind. The ability to communicate data driven insights effectively is a key characteristic of our work with school and district partners as well as our work on regional projects.

All conversations should be viewed in the vein of continuous improvement and increased opportunity for partnership. While Cambridge Coordinator and Exams Officer experience is helpful, it is not required, but you will have previous experience within a district or school offering Cambridge programs.
