Description

This role involves enhancing and securing complex information systems while using your expertise in networks, endpoints, architecture, and solution engineering. You will be key in analyzing, documenting, and assessing corporate environments, working independently with a high degree of initiative and dependability.

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• Professional certification such as CISSP or other recognized information security credentials is preferred.
• Recent experience with various technologies, including:
• Palo Alto Firewall v9/10, Prisma Access
• Cisco routers, switches, VPN
• Cisco Umbrella
• Networking technology (routing, switches, subnetting, protocols)
• Windows Server 2019⁄2022 and Linux servers (RHEL7/8)
• Windows 10
• Office 365/Azure
• VMware ESXi
• Cloud Flare
• TrendMicro Deep Security or Workload Security

Responsibilities

​

• Maintain TrendMicro Workload Security, agents, troubleshooting, deployment, and migration.
• Provide operational support for Cisco Umbrella and Palo Alto Prisma Access.
• Review and sanitize firewall requests according to company standards.
• Architect and engineer security solution requests.
• Ensure that information security deployments are properly architected and have defined operational support.
• Troubleshoot application security issues using Wireshark for packet captures.
• Provide security consulting services as needed to ensure that information security needs are met.
• Work autonomously while making critical decisions, escalating issues to appropriate executives when necessary.
