In this role, you will be integral in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) within a large enterprise environment. You will leverage your understanding of MS Teams, Office 365, and audiovisual conferencing technologies to deliver exceptional solutions.

Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of solution engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in deploying and managing Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Strong knowledge of Android, Windows, Intune, and MDM (mobile device management).
• Agile methodology experience.
• Audio Visual experience.
• Certification in Microsoft Teams or related areas is a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate).
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting, endpoint management, and IT security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Project management experience with the capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

​

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of MTR configurations, settings, and user guides.
• Generate regular reports on system performance, utilization, and user feedback for continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in MTR deployment projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Deploy MS Teams globally, refreshing meeting room technology and replacing it with Teams.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors as necessary.
• Serve as the point of contact for the team during the design phase of the meeting room projects.
• Work with audio visual suppliers to provide equipment for the meeting rooms.
