About You

  • You are an EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) technical expert who best understands and articulates the value of a software product  
  • You own the technical sales process by partnering with your account executives to identify, qualify, scope, pilot and convert opportunities.  
  • You are able to convey value and your presentations & demonstrations are crisp, informative and tailored to your audience.  
  • You are curious, strive to find ways to progress in everything you do and you are constantly seeking to learn.  

Your Primary Responsibilities

  • Understand the true requirements and objectives of prospects.  
  • Present Orderful’s solution and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.  
  • Communicate and deliver the optimal demo solution that best meets the prospects needs.  
  • Maintain knowledge of all products features  
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and be the liaison between prospects and the account executives along with product and engineering teams.  
  • Maintain deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies  

Qualifications

  • Must have prior experience as a Sales Engineer in a SaaS-based company.  
  • Requires a minimum of 6+ years of hands-on experience with EDI.  
  • Must possess in-depth knowledge of EDI systems, integration processes, and APIs.  
  • Should have demonstrated experience using EDI tools.  
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and independently conduct technical demonstrations.  
  • Strong understanding of cloud applications, SaaS solutions, and the ability to understand and present technical architecture.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.  
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.  
  • Must be self-driven and able to excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
