Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Pre-Sales Support: Work with the sales team to identify customer requirements, develop and deliver technical presentations, and demonstrate our products to prospective customers.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with customers to design and tailor security solutions that fit their unique needs within critical infrastructure environments.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) installations, showcasing how our solutions effectively address customer challenges.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in preparing proposals, including technical specifications, scope of work, and other documentation necessary to support sales efforts.
  • Customer Training: Provide post-sales training and support to customers, ensuring they are equipped to effectively use our solutions.
  • Technical Consultation: Serve as a subject matter expert in critical infrastructure security, advising clients on best practices and emerging threats in their industry.
  • Collaboration: Work with product development and marketing teams to relay customer feedback, market trends, and technical requirements, helping to shape product strategy.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, understanding their challenges and positioning our solutions to address them.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies related to critical infrastructure security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical pre-sales role, preferably within cybersecurity, critical infrastructure, or industrial control systems.
  • Strong knowledge of critical infrastructure security, cybersecurity technologies, industrial control systems (ICS), and operational technology (OT) environments.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with network security, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other cybersecurity tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings, demonstrations, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or equivalent.
  • Experience with SCADA systems, ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, etc.), and familiarity with NERC CIP, IEC 62443, or other relevant standards.
  • Prior experience working with energy, utilities, manufacturing, transportation, or other critical infrastructure sectors.
