Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on proportional valves and high-pressure regulators
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients and distributors
- Work closely with internal teams and external marketing partners on product positioning
- Use CRM software (HubSpot) to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain customer data
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with a data-driven approach
- Travel once or twice a month to meet with clients across the East and West Coast
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B sales within relevant industries
- Expertise in proportional valves, high-pressure regulators, or industrial regulators
- Understanding of gas regulators, HVAC, welding, and manufacturing applications
- Proven ability to navigate supply chain and manufacturing challenges
- Experience in market pricing, trend analysis, and strategic sales planning
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $120,000
- Commission: Performance-based (Minimum total compensation: $180,000 per year)
