Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales engineering efforts, providing technical support, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the sales team to provide pre-sales support, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and developing customized solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, the role involves preparing and delivering technical presentations, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

• Proven experience in Sales Engineering and Sales
• Strong Technical Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in preparing and delivering technical presentations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in the industrial digital transformation sector is a plus
