The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Account Management Sales Engineer to support and grow our existing customer relationships. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and business consultant, helping customers solve not just the initial challenges when they became our customer, but all new business challenges that arise as they expand their usage. You will play a key role in driving upsell opportunities by introducing the latest and most innovative products, ensuring customers are fully leveraging our solutions to solve their business problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

  •  Conduct proactive, value-driven product demonstrations with existing customers, showcasing how our latest releases can address their evolving needs and deliver additional business outcomes.
  •  Serve as both a technical expert and business consultant to our customers, developing deep insights into their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions to expand their use of our platform.
  •  Act as the customer’s advocate internally, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the customer is supported technically and strategically, leading to successful product adoption and expansion.
  •  Take calculated risks by confidently demoing and recommending the latest and greatest product releases, to help customers stay ahead of the curve.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by acting as their trusted advisor, going beyond technical support to align solutions with their long-term business goals.
  •  Partner with the account management team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, driving revenue growth while enhancing customer satisfaction.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends and competitor solutions, proactively identifying areas where our customers can gain a competitive advantage through our latest offerings.
  •  Work alongside customers to create business cases for expanding their investment in our platform, highlighting ROI and measurable outcomes.

Who You Are

  •  You have 3-6 years of experience in Sales Engineering roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS, CCaaS environment.
  •  You have a track record of taking initiative and being motivated to help customers succeed, recognizing that while technical skills can be taught, motivation and drive are inherent.
  •  You are a risk-taker, willing to demo beta and cutting-edge features that are still evolving, demonstrating confidence in our innovation pipeline.
  •  You are experienced in solving complex business challenges, acting as a business consultant who can align technical solutions with the customer's strategic goals.
  •  You have a strong foundation in cloud technologies (SaaS, APIs, AWS, CCaaS) and are comfortable discussing security, integration, and enterprise-level deployments.
  •  You are skilled at building strong, lasting relationships with customers, always looking for ways to add value and drive success through expanded use of the platform.
  •  You have excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex technical solutions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  •  You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities while focusing on delivering business outcomes for customers.
  •  You are passionate about ongoing learning, staying ahead of industry trends, and leveraging new technologies to drive customer success.
