About the Role
A leading provider of turbomachinery control solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in industrial automation, preferably within turbomachinery. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, propose tailored solutions, and provide exceptional support. Key clients include process plants in the Gulf Coast and Engineering Contractors (EPCs).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promote turbomachinery control products and services through client visits and presentations.
- Collaborate with customers and internal experts to design customized control solutions.
- Respond to Requests for Quotes (RFPs) in coordination with the inside sales team.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal preparation and contract negotiation.
- Maintain customer interactions and project pipeline in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets set by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role within industrial automation, ideally in the US Gulf Coast region.
- Experience with turbomachinery controls or related equipment is a plus.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies and/or turbomachinery systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences.
