What will keep you busy...

• Support our sales team by delivering technical solutions that fit our customers’ needs and help close deals.
• Build and deliver engaging product demos, presentations, and proposals that highlight the full value of MYOB Enterprise.
• Work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to craft the perfect sales pitch and help customers through change when needed.
• Maintain the quality of our documentation and tools, including product demos and models that measure return on investment, to consistently present our best work.
• Stay in the know about the latest MYOB products, competitors, and third-party integrations to give our customers the best advice.
• Jump into lead qualification, discovery sessions, solution design, and reviews to help boost our win rate.
• Build expertise across ERP, Payroll, and Workforce Management, contributing to revenue, new site targets, and customer success.

What we'd love to see from you...

• Proven experience in pre-sales, ideally with a background in ERP solution selling.
• Knowledge of Payroll and Workforce Management is a plus, with experience in selling complex or technology solutions being essential.
• A strong track record in customer-facing roles, delivering training and presentations.
• MYOB Enterprise ERP experience is a bonus, but not a must.
• Demonstrated success in engaging and influencing senior collaborators.
• Experience in managing or implementing ERP, Financial, or Business Management solutions is highly desirable.
