Job Description

Our client, a leading consulting firm specializing in eDiscovery solutions, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to design and optimize technical solutions for clients across the industry. This role focuses on architecting scalable and secure eDiscovery environments, leveraging platforms like Relativity, Reveal, and NUIX, while ensuring best practices align with evolving business and industry needs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in server administration, networking, and virtualization, as well as experience collaborating with internal teams and advising clients on technical strategies. Travel up to 10% may be required. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

​

• Develop and deploy cutting-edge technical solutions that align with client needs while managing expectations effectively  
• Establish, validate, and uphold best practices for platform components to ensure performance, security, and scalability  
• Work with internal teams to clarify product capabilities, technical constraints, and implementation feasibility  
• Research, identify, and create solutions to optimize the management of hosted eDiscovery environments  
• Engage with industry professionals, vendors, and technical stakeholders to stay ahead of trends  
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor, offering direct consultation to clients through meetings, site visits, and industry events  
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standardized methodologies  
• Contribute to refining documentation processes and scoping techniques to improve service and pricing accuracy  
• Ensure all solutions comply with security, efficiency, and reliability standards  
• Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to develop forward-thinking, effective solutions

Required Qualifications

​

• Experience designing and managing eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Reveal, and NUIX  
• Strong background in both cloud-based and server-based eDiscovery solutions  
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux administration  
• Ability to solve complex technical challenges through critical thinking and independent problem-solving  
• Adaptability to emerging technologies and the evolving eDiscovery landscape  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact  
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings, industry conferences, and on-site consulting

Preferred Qualifications

​

• Expertise in storage solutions such as SAN, NAS, DAS, and local storage setups  
• Strong networking knowledge, including firewalls, switching, and security protocols  
• Virtualization experience, particularly VMware and its integration with storage and networking  
• Advanced familiarity with additional eDiscovery applications beyond Relativity, Reveal, and NUIX

Relevant industry certifications, including:

​

• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Infrastructure Specialist  
• Microsoft (MCP, MCSA, MCSE), SQL expertise  
• Citrix (CCEA, CCIA) or Cisco (CCNA)  
• VMware (VCP)
