Job Title
The company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Solution Engineer to join its sales team. As a key technical expert, this role will work closely with Account Executives and other stakeholders to deliver tailored demos, address complex customer objections, drive successful proof-of-concept (POC) engagements, and ultimately support deal closures. Responsibilities:
- Lead tailored technical demonstrations for enterprise customers, highlighting the platform’s value and capabilities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to drive the sales process from initial engagement to deal closure.
- Proactively address and overcome customer objections, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Manage and lead POC processes, ensuring efficient and effective implementations that drive customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Serve as a bridge between sales, product, and engineering teams, providing customer feedback and market insights to support continuous product improvements.
- Keep customer-facing teams informed of product updates and new features to maintain alignment with evolving customer needs.
- Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and product advancements to provide relevant technical insights to customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cybersecurity (required).
- 5+ years in Solution Engineering or a similar technical sales role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex security concepts to both technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent objection-handling skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams to close enterprise-level deals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical decision-makers.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
