Job Description  

As a Sr Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for working with our customers to understand their individual monitoring needs and build out innovative and differentiated solutions that will help these organizations to simplify the management of their environment. You will need to understand the capabilities of SolarWinds software, the needs of our customers, and facilitate a meeting of the two. You will work in a partnership with our sales team who will handle the commercial and legal requirements, while you focus on becoming a trusted advisor to our customers to earn their trust and deliver amazing results. To achieve results, you will need to be comfortable working with product specialist engineers, business unit resources, marketing and product.  

This position requires the ability to effectively perform detailed product demonstrations, during which you must effectively promote product solutions, answer audience questions and clearly ascertain the prospect’s needs and requirements. As a Sr Solutions Engineer, you must demonstrate expert knowledge of the several SolarWinds products in our portfolio.
