Our client, a global leader in digital transformation, is hiring a ServiceNow Implementation and Partner Manager to join the team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will head the onboarding and support processes for implementation partners, managing the delivery of innovative solutions to guarantee a smooth implementation experience for end-customers and MSP’s.

Responsibilities

​

•  As the ServiceNow Implementation and Partner Manager, you will supervise the installation, configuration and customization of their cutting-edge solution.  
•  Continuously improve implementation processes by incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous projects.  
•  Develop and maintain documentation for implementation partners while offering insights for product improvements.  
•  Onboard and assist implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle, including installation and configuration in their ServiceNow sandbox environments.  
•  Facilitate technical training sessions and offer expert guidance on best practices and architectural evaluations.  
•  Identify and address potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.  
•  Provide assistance to managed service providers with installations as necessary.  
•  Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Skillset

​

•  Bachelors degree with at least eight years of experience with ServiceNow implementations.  
•  Strong experience in JavaScript or a related application development field.  
•  Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.  
•  Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.  
•  A minimum of three ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications, including ITSM or ITAM.  
•  Familiarity with Enterprise Mobility Systems.  
•  Advanced expertise in areas such as CMDB, ITAM, Asset Management, and API Web Services.  
•  U.S. Citizenship required.
