A leading financial technology provider specializing in post-trade, risk management, and regulatory solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive new business and expand client relationships in North America. About the Role

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading new business development and account growth across the firm’s suite of post-trade and middle-office solutions. You will work closely with banks, asset managers, clearing houses, and financial institutions, identifying their operational and regulatory needs while positioning the company’s cutting-edge software as the preferred solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to drive revenue growth across post-trade solutions.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers at financial institutions, managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clearing firms, broker-dealers, and asset managers.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and pre-sales teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the post-trade space.
  • Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales within capital markets, fintech, or post-trade technology.
  • Strong knowledge of post-trade processing, clearing, settlement, and regulatory reporting.
  • Extensive network and experience working with buy-side and sell-side institutions.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, engaging with senior stakeholders at banks, clearing firms, and market infrastructure providers.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a hunter mentality and a passion for financial technology.
