Your tasks:

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives, and to craft compelling solutions.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training for potential customers.
• Develop solution architecture based on customer requirements, industry best practices, and the company’s offerings.
• Create scalable, flexible, and secure solutions tailored to meet customer business needs.
• Ensure the solution aligns with the client’s existing infrastructure and future technical goals.
• Lead technical discussions with customers to validate their needs and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide relevant insights to the sales team.

Your qualifications:

• Education in electrical engineering or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales technical, solution architecture, or systems engineering role.
• Proven experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally in the B2B or enterprise sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with technical sales processes and customer engagement.
• The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience with enterprise software (ERP, CRM) is an advantage.
