We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical expertise with a client-focused approach to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of our higher education clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for education technology.

Key responsibilities:

​

• Collaborate with prospective and current clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements.
• Design and develop customized solutions using Elsmere's EPaaS platform to address specific client needs.
• Assist University Partnerships and Product teams with technical support for RFP proposals.
• Configure, integrate, and support the sales demonstration and partner evaluation of Elsmere's EPaaS solutions, ensuring alignment with solution design.
• Conduct demos, workshops, webinars, and training sessions to educate clients on Elsmere's EPaaS capabilities.
• Identify system integration, data migration, and configuration requirements during pre-sales to ensure seamless deployment.
• Liaison with Elsmere consulting team to clients, providing insights and guidance on best practices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients during and after implementation.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in education technology and related tools.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align solutions with market needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of Elsmere's offerings

Additional Skills/Requirements:

​

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ Years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Process Consultant, or similar role in the education technology sector.
• Strong technical skills in software/application usage, system integration, and data management.
• Expertise in process analysis, process design, and process optimization methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Salesforce or Slate CRM is a requirement.

Salary Band: $90,000-$100,000
