Position Overview: We are looking for a Solution Engineer who combines technical expertise in data visualization with hands-on experience in survey programming and market research. This role involves working closely with clients to design and implement tailored survey solutions, creating impactful visualizations, and ensuring that our platform meets their analytical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Serve as the main contact for clients throughout the implementation process, understanding their survey programming needs and data visualization requirements. Lead workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase the capabilities of our platform.

Solution Design and Implementation: Create customized data visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and Kibana to provide actionable insights from survey data. Configure survey programming solutions to align with client specifications and research objectives.

Technical Expertise: Leverage Tableau and Kibana to build interactive visualizations that facilitate data analysis and reporting. Program with MarketOnce API and integrate with customer’s eCommerce, CRM or ERP system using PHP, Python, or NodeJS

Training and Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring proficiency in our platform and its data visualization tools.

Collaboration and Feedback: Work with the product development team to relay client feedback and feature requests related to survey functionality and data visualization, contributing insights to improve the platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, with a focus on survey programming and data visualization.
• Strong expertise in Tableau or Kibana, with a track record of effective visualization and dashboard design
• Experience customizing and configuring SaaS platforms or experience in Customer or Employee experience
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills across all management levels.
• Demonstrated interest in technology and ability to quickly become a subject matter expert in new applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other survey programming tools or platforms.
• Previous experience in a client-facing role within a technology or SaaS environment.
• Consulting skills (e.g. strategic, technological) and balance between a service-driven and sales mindset
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, and Business Intelligence platforms like Power BI and Elastic Search
