Solution Engineer
Job Overview
We are seeking a technically proficient Solution Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the technical aspects of our customer engagements, from pre-sales through complete onboarding. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase Justt's solutions to prospective clients.
- Develop and present customized solutions that address specific client challenges and objectives.
Customer Onboarding:
- Lead the technical implementation of Justt's solutions for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems.
- Provide training and support to clients to ensure they fully understand and can effectively utilize our solutions.
- Work closely with clients to identify and resolve any technical issues that arise during the onboarding process.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, customer support and engineering, to ensure client needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials to support both clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven experience in a solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical consulting role, with at least 2 years in the fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered solutions, payment processing systems, and their application in fraud prevention, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about client challenges.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with integration processes, APIs, and data mapping.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
