Job Description

If you have strong Solutions experience in complex AI/GenAI and are managing small teams of Solution Architects or Post Sales individuals then we need to speak! This position offers an opportunity to work for a seriously well respected growing GenAI vendor!

The organisation has received significant funding and is further building out its US based operation and team. You will be managing a team of 5 people from day one with a remit to coach, mentor, develop and scale the team at pace. This is a leadership opportunity so you will be driving strategy within the function working closely with the senior leadership team.

Role: Solutions Architect Leader/Head of Solutions

Location: Hybrid role but candidates must be able to commute to New York a few days a week

Role:

  • Managing a small team of professionals focused on providing solution architecture support to customers
  • You will be responsible for managing, leading, directing and mentoring the team
  • This role will be more focused on leadership skills as opposed to hands on - although you must have the capability to manage and work with clients when required
  • You will be pivotal in leading and scaling the global team
  • Co-ordinate and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery to customers
  • Work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams to ensure that customer needs are being met with the solutions provided
  • Manage a small team from day one with clear plans in place to scale and grow out team
  • Strategic leadership role working closely with the C-level executive team

What they are looking for:

  • Must have a good understanding of AI/GenAI/Generative AI technology
  • Background working with complex software/SaaS solutions
  • Hands on and detail orientated approach to leadership
  • Must have managed teams of 5+ people within a "post sales" function working with clients
  • Start-up exposure - must have experience working for a smaller company that has grown
  • Strong communication skills and able to explain complex technology to non-technical audiences and deliver strong product demonstrations
