Job Summary

The Solutions Engineer will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions and support the successful implementation of our products. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities to deliver top-notch solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and identify how our products can solve their challenges.
  • Design and present tailored solutions to customers, demonstrating how our products meet their specific needs.
  • Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and technical workshops.
  • Develop and deliver detailed technical presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of our solutions.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with the company's product roadmap.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of products during the implementation phase to ensure successful deployment.
  • Serve as a technical advisor and trusted partner to customers, addressing any concerns or technical questions they may have.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and relevance of our solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help shape future product development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their long-term satisfaction and success with our products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 2 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with customer-facing roles, including pre-sales, product demonstrations, and technical consulting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and across departments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in relevant technologies or platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco Certified Network Professional, etc.).
  • Experience with software development, scripting, or automation tools.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific solutions and trends.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
