Conceal is seeking an expert problem solver and innovator to lead the technical discussions and evaluations in pre and post sales meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide pre-sales technical support and technical account management for sales organization
  • Drive engagements with prospective customers as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate
  • Assist the product team with proof-of-concept development, validation and key personal use cases
  • Manage early adopter programs
  • Manage third-party security reviews and customer security questionnaire processes
  • Deliver product or industry lectures at conferences or seminars
  • Communicate and demonstrate the features, capabilities, and benefits of using Conceal products to prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of the Conceal product offerings 
  • Lead customers through whiteboarding sessions, product demonstrations, and proof of value (POV) projects
  • Architect technical solutions to customer needs that leverage the Conceal platform
  • Utilize analytical thinking to creatively overcome sales challenges and obstacles
  • Assist with sales enablement related to new use cases, functionality and enhancements to the Conceal platform
  • Demonstrate client satisfaction mindset throughout the sales process and establish and maintain positive relationships with client's and technical staff
  • Monitor industry trends and understand key competitor functionality
  • Partner with the product and engineering leadership to develop features critical to Conceal’s product success
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs as required
  • Develop technical and business use case documentation in the support of sales and operations as needed 
  • Assist in the identification of new opportunities by creating and developing strong technical relationships with customers and channel partners
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks
  • Participate in sales operations, enablement and forecast calls
  • Occasional travel when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, and work experience (6+ years)
  • 5+ years’ cyber security industry experience
  • 4+ years’ experience in technical sales
  • Self-motivated with a consistent track record in technical software sales and knowledge of technology
  • Excellent communication skills, demonstrating a high proficiency at delivering technical presentations
  • Familiarity with sales and enablement tools is a plus (SFDC)
  • Working knowledge of networking fundaments 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
