About the Role:

The Conexiom Solution Engineer will provide pre-sales technical support for ongoing Sales engagements. Working closely with the Sales Engineer and Account Executives, the Solution Engineer will help configure and create solutions using the Conexiom product suite to demonstrate how Conexiom technology can meet and exceed customer needs and expectations. A self-motivated problem solver with a passion for technology and an eye for detail, you will have the flexibility to work independently and as part of a team. As the technical expert, you will provide technical insight and expertise in sales engagements, helping support the education of customers on Conexiom and providing suggestions and guidance on architectural approaches for success.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and configuring compelling demonstrations in line with customer requirements
  • Demonstrating the Conexiom product to internal and external attendees
  • Providing support to all sales and customer success functions within Conexiom
  • Documenting and scoping customers' technical landscape and integration requirements
  • Interacting with the product team to maximize the use of product features and suggest improvements or omissions to the core product for inclusion in the product roadmap

Qualifications:

  • Proficient programming skills with experience of C#
  • A good understanding of databases and data structures such as cXML, XML, JSON, EDI
  • Experience & understanding of ERP / Supply chain systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, JD Edwards, etc.) and integration approaches are bonus
  • Experience integrating solutions using web service APIs
  • Ability to work independently, with little direct supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Ability to conduct technical discoveries, i.e. a curious/inquisitive mind

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • An understanding of financial processes, specifically Sales Order Processing and AP Invoices
  • Experience in the high-tech/software industry, ideally SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical design documentation
  • Solution presentation.
  • Experience with SAP, and SalesForce integration.
  • Latest SaaS technology knowledge. SSO, OAuth2, etc.
  • Jira and Confluence.
  • Project management experience.
  • RPA
