Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Engineer to serve as both a technical expert and strategic partner throughout the entire customer lifecycle, supporting both pre-sales and post-sales engagements. You will guide customers through the integration process, provide tailored solutions, and ensure ongoing success with DaVinci. 

This role is based in the Scott’s Addition area of Richmond, Virginia, where we operate on a hybrid schedule. 

Responsibilities: 

· Technical Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of DaVinci’s AI-powered integration toolkit and how it transforms customer engagement through flexible, customizable solutions. 

· Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team and engage potential customers to understand their needs, identify challenges, and offer technical solutions that align with their specific use cases. 

· Solution Design & Implementation: Design and deliver tailored demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) projects, and presentations that showcase DaVinci’s capabilities. Support post-sales implementation to ensure smooth integration within customer environments, providing best practice guidance and configurations. 

· Ongoing Customer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor for customers, offering technical support and guidance post-deployment to ensure continued success. Identify opportunities for further customization and enhancements based on evolving customer needs. 

· Documentation & Training: Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and user guides to support both pre- and post-sales efforts. Deliver training sessions to equip customers and internal teams with the knowledge they need to maximize DaVinci’s potential. 

· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, engineering) to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. 

Requirements: 

· 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer or Technical Consultant role, with a focus on both pre-sales and post-sales support 

· Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, both pre- and post-sale 

· Experience in solution design, configuration, and deployment within enterprise environments 

· Knowledge of web development technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, TypeScript) and experience working with REST APIs and Frontend Frameworks (React, Angular) 

· Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking, with the ability to adapt solutions to customer-specific needs 

· Understanding of CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and CRM systems is highly beneficial 

· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level audiences 

· Proven ability to work collaboratively with both customers and internal teams across the sales cycle 

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field

We offer competitive salaries with an expected base salary of $78,500 for this position, a comprehensive benefits package, along with ample career opportunities.
