Solutions Engineer
Job Description
We are one of the leading tech investment firms globally, with a track record of investing in some of the most valuable companies in the world.
One of our portfolio companies is looking to hire a Solutions Engineer who will take responsibility for ensuring the success of new and existing customers to scale the company's AI product.
We are looking for people who have a few years of experience in a customer facing engineering position, ideally with enterprise customers (though not a requirement). You should feel comfortable working full-stack as an engineer.
It is a role that won't easily fit into the standard 9-5 setting as supporting their customers doesn't occur on an easy timeline.
They have a hybrid work policy, with 2-3 days a week in-person in their San Francisco office.

At this time, we are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience. As these are startup companies, they are unable to sponsor visas of any kind.
