Your Mission
At Gainsight, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed by:
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to boost adoption, meet customer goals, and drive growth.
- Gather and understand business requirements, then configure the Gainsight platform to meet customer needs.
- Become a trusted advisor by integrating into customer operations teams and providing expert guidance.
- Train customers’ Gainsight Admins and ensure they get the most out of our platform.
- Identify potential challenges early, work with stakeholders, and ensure smooth resolutions.
- Help improve processes and tools that elevate how we support our customers.
The Skills and Expertise We Value
Must-Have Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Product Implementation, or SaaS environments.
- Proficiency in Polish and English language
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or C#) with a solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of Web Services, APIs, and Webhooks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases, and SaaS platforms like Salesforce.
- Passion for becoming an expert on the product and contributing to a fast-growing company.
- Executive presence and confidence in communicating with technical, business, and senior leadership stakeholders.
- Ability to manage 5-10 unique customer projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Availability for customer meetings during CET business hours.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Knowledge of mobile development.
- Familiarity with waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes.
- Experience working with multi-divisional and multi-geographical enterprise clients.
