Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather and organize technical information to support the pre-sales team.
2. Design and deliver precise and timely solutions to meet customer needs.
3. Collaborate with sales teams to conduct technical discussions with customers or design institutes.
4. Assist sales teams with technical content for tender submissions.
5. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
6. Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in refrigeration, thermal engineering, or HVAC. Proficiency in English or German is preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in HVAC design for industrial facilities or 1 year of experience designing desiccant dehumidification systems.
3. Proven track record in technical bidding for HVAC projects, with successful tender awards preferred.
4. Recent graduates in HVAC with strong academic and practical skills are encouraged to apply.
5. Proficient in CAD and office software.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and promote company advantages effectively.
7. Willing to travel internationally to support project bids and related activities.
