Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role will engage with potential clients to understand their business challenges and provide tailored product solutions. You will be responsible for delivering compelling product demonstrations, offering technical expertise during the sales process, and collaborating with various teams to drive customer success.

Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Interact with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct a detailed needs analysis to align our product features with customer requirements.
- Product Demonstrations: Lead informative and persuasive product demos, showcasing key features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Customization of Demos: Customize demonstrations to address specific customer pain points and requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of our productβs technical aspects and how it integrates with diverse IT environments.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support during the sales cycle.
- Collaboration with Product Team: Stay updated on the latest product features and updates by collaborating with the product development team.
- Sales Collateral: Collaborate with marketing to enhance sales collateral, presentations, and other materials.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, particularly IT decision-makers.
- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries and concerns during the presales process, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market demands.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the product development team based on insights from customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in presales, technical support, or a related role in a tech-oriented company.
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of software products and their integration in different IT environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Experience in delivering product demos and presentations to prospective clients.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
