• ????Deep Understanding of Arpio's Architecture:
• Comprehensive knowledge of how Arpio is architected, including its core components, data replication mechanisms, and how it integrates with existing AWS infrastructure.
• Understanding of how Arpio handles RTO and RPO in comparison to AWS DRS, and how it optimizes these parameters.
• ????Arpio Integration with AWS:
• Expertise in integrating Arpio with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, and VPCs.
• Familiarity with Arpio's use of AWS IAM roles and policies for securing disaster recovery processes.
• Knowledge of how Arpio leverages AWS services like CloudFormation or Terraform for automated infrastructure deployment and management.
• ????Failover and Failback Automation:
• Proficiency in configuring and automating Arpio's failover and failback processes, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
• Experience in using Arpio's automation features to streamline disaster recovery operations, including custom scripting where needed.
• ????Data Synchronization and Consistency:
• Understanding of how Arpio manages data synchronization between primary and secondary sites, ensuring data consistency and integrity during failover.

• Ability to conduct rigorous testing of the disaster recovery setup using Arpio, including regular failover drills and validation of data integrity post-failover.
• Experience in setting up and monitoring automated testing scenarios within Arpio to ensure ongoing readiness.
• ????Cost Optimization with Arpio:
• Expertise in optimizing costs associated with using Arpio, including understanding how Arpio's pricing model interacts with AWS resource usage.
• Knowledge of how to configure Arpio to balance performance, reliability, and cost.
• ????Security and Compliance:
• Familiarity with how Arpio ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations when it comes to disaster recovery.
• Understanding of how Arpio secures data during replication and failover, including encryption practices and access controls.
• ????Arpio Dashboard and Reporting:
• Proficiency in using the Arpio management console to monitor, configure, and manage disaster recovery processes.
• Ability to generate and interpret reports from Arpio's dashboard, providing insights into disaster recovery readiness and performance.
•  Assessment Writing:
• Ability to evaluate the level of effort required to complete customers goals.
• Proficient in reviewing and analyzing customer's systems and processes to clearly articulate the work required to complete, risks involved in the migration, and opportunities for optimization.
• Ability to communicate and defend the assessment and required future efforts to support informed decision-making by the customer and demonstrate the path to a successful project execution.
