Position Overview:

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer with deep industry experience who has successfully transitioned into the solutions engineering realm. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in the data & analytics, cybersecurity, product, or IT sectors and possess hands-on experience within the field before transitioning into a solutions-oriented role. This position requires the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams, offering a blend of industry expertise and solution-driven mindset.

In this full-time role, you will act as a key liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams, helping to ensure that both technical and business requirements are thoroughly understood and communicated. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in client meetings, translate their technical needs into actionable requirements, and work closely with our recruiters to find candidates who meet these criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend client calls to identify and document technical challenges and requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure technical and business needs are aligned.
• Leverage your industry experience to translate complex technical requirements into clear documentation for recruiters, ensuring they fully understand the role.
• Review candidate profiles and resumes to confirm they meet the technical criteria outlined by the client.
• Provide feedback and technical guidance to recruiters, helping to refine candidate searches.
• Act as a technical consultant during the hiring process, ensuring that candidates not only meet technical requirements but also align with broader business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client calls, technical requirements, and candidate evaluations.
• Work with internal teams to improve and streamline the technical recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Proven practitioner experience in data & analytics, cybersecurity, product, or IT sectors.
• Transitioned into a solutions engineering, technical recruiting, or technical consulting role.
• Strong understanding of the challenges and technical requirements in your field of expertise, with the ability to translate these into actionable insights for non-technical team members.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to accurately evaluate candidate qualifications against technical requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple client calls and candidate evaluations weekly.
