What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and execute solutions for identified business process challenges
• Analyze requirements and system capabilities to provide feedback and solution proposals
• Oversee the feature request backlog and collaborate with IT leadership for prioritization
• Implement enhancements and roll out new features to the Salesforce platform
• Train stakeholders on effective use of reports, dashboards, and analytics tools

What Is Required (Qualifications)

​

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, finance, accounting, or business administration preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience in Salesforce.com Administration
• Professional experience (7-10 years preferred) in enterprise-level Salesforce environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Proficiency in SQL/SOQL queries and experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations

• Experience in benefits brokerage, insurance, or financial services industries
• Communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge in system design and solution architecture
• Experience with database design and app development/engineering
