You Will Be

• Providing consistent and clear communication through hosting progress meetings, accurately capturing notes and action items through the Solution Development phase.
• Driving follow-up of action items, decisions, follow-up items and completion of activities.
• Providing perspective and support on know-how and best practices to challenge subject matter expert’s deliverables.
• Where applicable and relevant, coaching and developing team members to enable best in class Supply Chain Solutions
• Creating end-to-end Supply Chain Solutions that address customer requirements.
• Developing lessons learned to continue to improve the Process

Your Strengths To Be Successful Include

​

• Bachelor's Degree required in a business-related field
• 10+ years of experience in organizational/functional program management and/or strategy program management
• End-to-end supply chain experience: procurement, logistics, and inventory management
• Project management
• Manufacturing knowledge, preferably in assembly, kitting and/or blending
• Lean principles
• Data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to set and drive metrics that drive performance 
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to ensure execution of tactical initiatives and priorities in a cross-functional group
• Customer service focused
