Joining a scale-up company and becoming a part of our presales team means seizing the opportunity to shape the future of an emerging industry and define a new category of skills-based transformation. You'll have the chance to be the technical expert in the room, helping to progress opportunities with prospects and customers to close. Your deep understanding of Beameryβs product offering and value in solving business challenges will come through as you lead product demonstrations and support sales presentations. Additionally, you will play a critical role in engaging with our partner network to educate and support our joint value propositions, and act as a key voice to our product team to support feature prioritization decisions based on your prospect and market interactions.

While this role is UK-based and expected to work out of our London office headquarters, you will also be supporting customers and prospects globally.

πHelp progress and close opportunities with prospects and customers by being the technical expert in sales demonstrations and conversations.

πPartner with our Account Executives and Partner Team to articulate Beameryβs overall value proposition to solving business challenges, delivered in technical demonstrations and presentations.

πKeep on top of Beamery technology, competitive positioning, and market trends.

πDive into deals with a world-class mindset, embracing our sales methodology. Your value-based, agile approach in positioning our solution to solving prospect needs will be the key to deal progression and closure.

π Embrace the role of a trusted advisor by understanding our customers' needs and defining long-term solutions to always understand βwhat are they trying to solve?β. You'll be the hero solving their HR and Talent business problems.

π Nurture relationships with our engineers and product team, collaborating to adapt and enhance our product for our customers. You're the link between innovation and the customer's vision.

WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR
β
π Demonstratable experience acting as the solution expert in the room to successfully sell SaaS solutions to businesses. Doing so in a presales function is preferred, but not required.

π Comfortable with staying on top of a quickly-evolving technology and marketplace, to confidently gather customer requirements and deliver technical demonstrations to prospects, customers, and partners.

π Fluid in balancing priorities to successfully support multiple Account Executives and accounts.
β
π You thrive in ambiguity and see opportunities in the evolving HR & Talent industry, embracing change and relentlessly seeking new opportunities while remaining agile and highly consultative.

π Your presales technique is captivating and naturally transforms deals with your storytelling. You're not just the technical expert; you're leading a transformative journey for organizations.
β
π You are an excellent communicator and feel comfortable authentically engaging with C-Suite level decision makers. Our deals often involve the CFO, CHRO & CEO.

π You are naturally curious and an attentive listener. You immerse yourself in the challenges of your prospects and derive enjoyment from solving their problems.

π While some travel may be required for key prospect meetings up to 25% of the time, you may often participate in a hybrid remote/onsite meeting setting or conduct meetings fully remote dependent on deal situation.

π General alignment to UK working hours is expected, but we would be excited to discuss potential set shifted hour alignment in order to cross more time zones globally.
