Job Title: Senior Tech Consultant (HRSD)

Job Type: Full-time/Part-time (16-20 hours/week)

Contract Duration: 6 months (with possible extension)

Must have: Certifications needed: HRSD, Sys Admin. CAD is preferred as well.

Requirements

​

Essential:

​

8+ years of experience in HRSD, HRIS, or related fields.

​

Strong understanding of HR processes, systems.

​

Technical expertise: scripting (Python, JavaScript), CAD design.

​

Certifications: HRSD, Sys Admin (CompTIA, Microsoft).

​

Excellent communication, project management skills.

​

Desirable

​

Cloud-based HRSD experience (Workday, Oracle HCM).

​

Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

​

Experience with data analytics, reporting tools.

​

Bachelor's degree in computer science, HR, or related fields.
