Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technology Implementation Consultant to join our Health division Implementation group, supporting our Drug Diversion application. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring our software during a 13-week implementation process, transforming healthcare data from customers into the software, and resolving any technical issues that arise.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of database experience (SQL required; MS Access and/or Oracle is a plus)
• Experience working in a client-facing role
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with healthcare data is preferred but not required
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Configure software as part of the 13-week implementation process.
• Transform and map customer healthcare data into our software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure successful implementations.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the implementation process to ensure satisfaction.
