The Technology Solutions Developer will serve as a key liaison between technical capabilities and business needs, providing innovative solutions and leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform to enhance efficiency and decision-making. This role will support multiple business functions by developing and maintaining business solutions, ensuring seamless integration, and driving continuous improvement in technology solutions. The individual is expected to stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities- What You Will Do

  • Build trust and foster strong partnerships with internal teams and key stakeholders.  
  • Understand business functions to proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities.  
  • Design, develop, and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as Smartsheet, Lucid, and SharePoint.  
  • Ensure seamless integration and performance across business processes and systems.  
  • Automate workflows and processes to enhance efficiency across departments.  
  • Collaborate with functional teams, Subject Matter Experts, and Farming Solutions & Digital partners to enhance consistency and reusability.  
  • Act as a liaison with relevant teams to establish common solution usage and development standards.  
  • Define requirements, monitor project development, and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder expectations.  
  • Recommend, test, and implement improvements to business solutions environments.  
  • Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues.  
  • Stay informed on AI applications to analyze data and solve customer needs, aligning with future expectations for the team.  

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.  
  • 3+ years of experience in solution development, business analysis, or business intelligence.  
  • Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI as well as Smartsheet, Lucid, and SharePoint.  
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including macros and Visual Basic preferred.  
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions.  
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.  
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.  
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.  
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.  
  • Fast-paced role leveraging off-the-shelf software to solve customer needs in Regulatory and Stewardship. Single developer working alongside stakeholders/Product Owner.  
  • This is not a software development team (Scrum/Agile) format. Candidates should have a strong individual contributor mindset rather than expecting a structured development team environment.
