• Implement and maintain new features and capabilities while enhancing the quality of technical products and services  
• Build and share technical expertise within your Agile team and the broader organization  
• Automate processes to achieve operational excellence and create maintainable, supportable, and testable solutions  
• Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer for team products and services

The Ideal Candidate

​

• Experience in designing and implementing technology solutions using modern engineering tools and Agile practices  
• Strong understanding of industry and organizational best practices and standards  
• Proficiency in maintaining appropriate controls and documentation for compliance with company and regulatory requirements.  
• Familiarity with governance programs, including artifact creation, process efficiencies, and automation  
• Experience in supporting cross-squad product-related work and participating in governance guilds
