Your Role:
β
- Drive Sales Growth β Sell BPIβs full product line to lumber dealers, co-ops, and other distribution channels within the Minneapolis Metro area
- Build Lasting Relationships β Develop strong partnerships with current and prospective customers to become their trusted industry expert
- Identify New Opportunities β Expand our customer base and identify growth potential
- Strategic Selling β Collaborate with management and inside sales teams to develop pricing, product, and program strategies
- Stay Ahead of the Market β Gather competitive insights on pricing, products, logistics, and industry trends
- Customer-Centric Approach β Provide prompt responses to inquiries, resolve customer concerns, and educate clients on new and existing products
- Frequent Travel β Expect 50-70% travel within the territory to meet customers and build business relationships

What Weβre Looking For:
β
- Sales Expertise β Proven track record in sales, preferably in building materials (3-5 years preferred)
- Driven & Outgoing Personality β Passionate about sales, comfortable with new business development, and eager to meet new customers
- Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills β Ability to create value for customers and close deals effectively
- Customer Service Excellence β Friendly, professional, and able to provide exceptional support
- Organized & Self-Motivated β Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment
- Tech-Savvy & Analytical β Strong computer skills and basic math proficiency
- Team-Oriented & Independent β Comfortable working independently while collaborating with inside sales teams
