TMS Implementation Consultants are responsible for the support, training, best practice coaching, and implementation process for all of our Talent Management Software customers. You will also communicate with sales, support, and product teams to ensure flawless execution of the support and implementation process.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation process
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for implementing and configuring our products
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
  • Work closely with other teams, including sales, product, project managers, and customer support to ensure smooth implementation execution and a seamless customer experience
  • Identify potential implementation project risks and proactively develop strategies to resolve them
  • Provide consulting and training to clients who purchase additional implementation and product support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process, escalating problems as needed
  • Collect client feedback and insights during the implementation process to inform product improvements and enhancements
  • Develop and provide timely implementation notes and documentation
  • Travel, approximately two or three times a year, and as needed for onsite meetings, annual customer conference, client onsite, etc.

What You Have

  • Knowledge of NEOGOV's products and/or experience with Human Resources, SaaS implementation, or remote training facilitation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives with customers and teammates
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to successfully communicate and coordinate with departments across the organization, including Sales, QA, Product, etc.
  • Ability to understand and escalate issues efficiently and appropriately
