The UTTO Locate Assurance digital service platform is a pioneering product suite consisting of VR simulated training, advanced locating, mapping and relocation solutions for the damage prevention industry.

We are seeking a U.S Sales Director and the position requires past success in developing and closing product and enterprise software sales in the U.S damage prevention industry. GIS knowledge and experience is strongly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Increase sales of UTTO products in North America
  • Develop and implement sales channels and strategies
  • Consistently prospecting and winning new business from customers and building a sales pipeline and distribution network.
  • Partner with internal sales, product management, training, and engineering teams to refine and evolve our product roadmap.
  • Create campaign messaging and content as required to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Sell product to enterprise buyers and identify unique needs and integration requirements to our software team.
  • Develop customer case studies and webinars that help to demonstrate the value of UTTO to potential customers.
  • Develop product marketing materials.
  • Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
  • Work with UTTO Business Dev Team to leverage UTTO software to increase related hardware sales.
  • Presentations and demonstrations to end users.
  • Be the link between Sales & R&D for new solutions, product review and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Must have 10+ years’ experience in selling services/technology platforms/products to utility and contractor market in the U.S
  • Understand and navigate the purchasing process for U.S markets
  • Comfortable and familiarity with mobile, cloud and GIS technologies.
  • Should have strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and people skills and strong client engagement skills
  • Must have existing relationships and connects within the utility industry
  • A strong work ethic, ability to successfully work remotely and travel as necessary
  • A mission-driven mind-set 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years' of sales leadership experience
  • Can do attitude
