Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Act as a strategic hunter, identifying and securing new business opportunities within the supply chain SaaS space, focusing on CPG, automotive, manufacturing, and retail verticals.
  • GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to expand our product suite and market presence, driving significant revenue growth.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of industry trends and client demands.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning.

Key Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: 7+ years of experience in selling SaaS solutions within the supply chain, CPG, automotive, manufacturing, or retail industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in new business development and executing GTM strategies that drive substantial growth.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to craft and implement strategies that expand product offerings and penetrate new markets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team in a remote environment.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely, with the flexibility to travel as needed.
