Overview of the role
As the Alliances Lead for Cloud at L&T Technology Services, you will lead the development of our relationship with key Cloud partners.
Your primary focus will be Co-selling with partners, Jointly identify opportunities, creating pipeline & delivering partner led deals.
Years of Experience: 8-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify & evaluate potential partners: You will be responsible for researching and identifying potential partners that can help L&T Technology Services business grow and expand. This will involve staying up to date with industry trends and developments, attending conferences and events, and networking with key players in the industry.
- Develop partnership strategies: You will work with senior leaders within the L&T Technology Services business to develop partnership strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Manage partner relationships: Once partnerships have been established, you will be responsible for managing ongoing relationships with partners, driving newer GTM avenues and business opportunities.
- Jointly codevelop cloud opportunities
- Drive, own, and manage pipeline and lead sharing with Partners
- Drive and own LTTS solution delivery with partner technology
- Drive and own LTTS Marketing and Brand Elevation with partner Marketing teams
- Drive Partner lead KPIs
Qualifications & Experience: Functional
- “Sell with”, “Sell to” and “Sell through” - Hands-on experience in leveraging partnerships and alliances and delivering revenue & business development opportunities
- Identifying trends & growth areas and Conceptualizing & Driving Go-To-Market initiatives with partners.
- Presenting and articulating Business Propositions to CXOs - Creating compelling business presentations, pitches, sales collaterals, and elevator pitches
- 10+ years of experience in relevant sales, business development, or partner sales role
- 5+ years of experience partnering with major cloud providers, specially AWS
- Strategic enough to build partner business plan, but tactical enough to drive field level and opportunity level alignment
- Passionate about the partner sales & technology
- Have excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
