💰 Salary: $200,000 base (plus performance-based incentives)

We are working with an innovative electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure company, at the forefront of green energy and sustainable mobility, to find a dynamic and experienced Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), VP of Sales, or Sales Director to drive their sales strategy and accelerate growth. This is a key leadership role for a strategic sales executive with deep industry expertise who can propel the company’s expansion and secure its leadership in the rapidly growing EV charging market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead and execute sales strategies aimed at driving aggressive revenue growth across the EV charging infrastructure and mobility solutions sectors.

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and foster strategic partnerships with automotive manufacturers, fleet operators, commercial property owners, and municipalities.

Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance sales team, cultivating a results-oriented culture that aligns with the company’s broader business objectives.

Market Expansion: Drive market penetration and expansion, focusing on both established accounts and emerging opportunities within green energy, urban mobility, and electrification initiatives.

Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders in automotive OEMs, fleet operators, real estate developers, utility companies, and government agencies.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s EV charging solutions and related technologies, effectively articulating value propositions to both technical and business audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, and operations teams to ensure market alignment and product innovation meets customer needs.

Forecasting & Reporting: Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting to ensure sales targets are met and provide transparency to executive leadership.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years in sales leadership roles, ideally within the EV charging, clean energy, or mobility infrastructure sectors. Proven experience scaling revenue in a high-growth environment is highly desirable.

Industry Knowledge: Demonstrated success in selling complex technical solutions to OEMs, fleet operators, municipalities, or utility companies in the EV charging or related green energy fields.

Leadership Skills: Strong track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams with a focus on accountability and measurable results.

Technical Expertise: A solid understanding of EV charging infrastructure, renewable energy, or mobility technologies, and the ability to communicate these technologies’ value to diverse stakeholders.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required; an advanced degree (MBA or related) is preferred.
