𝚆̲𝚑̲𝚊̲𝚝̲ ̲𝚈̲𝚘̲𝚞̲'̲𝚕̲𝚕̲ ̲𝙳̲𝚘̲:̲

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements  
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations  
• Translate complex technical concepts into customer-friendly language  
• Lead solution design and integration  
• Partner with product teams to drive enhancements  
• Spearhead resolution of customer technical challenges  
• Educate customers on industry trends and technical developments  
• Integrate our accessibility solutions into client codebases

𝚆̲𝚑̲𝚊̲𝚝̲ ̲𝚈̲𝚘̲𝚞̲ ̲𝙽̲𝚎̲𝚎̲𝚍̲:̲

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)  
• Experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or as a customer engineer  
• Strong understanding of software and infrastructure technologies  
• Experience with cloud services and serverless architectures  
• Knowledge of software development processes  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills  
• Fluency in English

𝙰̲𝚍̲𝚟̲𝚊̲𝚗̲𝚝̲𝚊̲𝚐̲𝚎̲𝚜̲:̲

• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks  
• Experience with mobile development stacks  
• DevOps experience  
• Cloud technology or sales methodology certifications  
• Familiarity with data security and compliance requirements
