JOB TITLE: Project Manager
JOB STATUS: Regular, full-time
DEPARTMENT: Professional Services
REPORTS TO: Director, Professional Services
Travel required (3-4 days a week – Expenses paid)
The Project Manager at Amtech will be responsible for leading customer projects within the Professional Services team. This includes creating and managing project plans, facilitating meetings, managing issues, reporting project status, and ensuring successful project delivery. The role also involves driving internal improvements, supporting organizational initiatives, mentoring team members, and maintaining a strong understanding of Amtech’s solutions. The Project Manager should be an excellent communicator, adept at leading teams, and experienced in enterprise software implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage customer projects (project planning, meetings, issue resolution, reporting)
- Ensure successful delivery of projects in line with Amtech’s methodology
- Drive internal improvements within the Professional Services department
- Mentor team members and support organizational initiatives
- Maintain high utilization rates and develop proposals/presentations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
- Bachelor's degree and experience in a Professional Services organization
